- 1980 – Merux Australia established in Sydney SNW.
- 1982 – Merux New Zealand established in Wellington, NZ.
- 1985 – Merux introduced 54 new products in a single year, including surgical items, medical devices and improved variations of existing products.
- 1986 – Listings of Merux on the stock exchange.
- 1990 - Tuber® company Australia acquisition.
- 1992 – Established Korea Merux Diagnostics Co. Ltd.
- 1995 – The business expands into central and Eastern Europe and further sharpens its focus on fewer product categories, leading to the sale or with-drawl of two-thirds its brands.
- 1996 – In 1996, Lapteck and Civa diagnostics joined to form Merux. Merux is globally innovative in vitro Diagnostics products.
- 1999 – Established new factory in Cedex, France.
- 2010 – 30th Anniversary.
